1) After the finished product (Bag/Wallet) has been approved by the customer.The finished leathers are then sent for cutting, whereby the different components are cut by hand or by clicking machines.
2) The Cut-Components are then checked and then sent for splitting and skiving.
3) The components are then sent to the production floor, where the bags/wallets
are manufactured under the strict supervision of the floor supervisor.
4) The final stitch is done separately to ensure that the finishing is of top-class.
5) After the goods are ready, each product is then cleaned and then checked for imperfections in workmanship/quality and then it is passed for packing.
6) We ensure that the goods are packed securely. Cartons are checked regularly so that it can withstand the long shipping times.
